1. Returns.
1.1. Print-on-Demand.
All of our print-on-demand products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selections, minor color variations due to screen differences, orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Please double-check product details before placing your order.

1.2. Adult Incontinence Products.
Due to hygienic reasons, adult incontinence products are non-refundable.

​2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders.
2.1. Print-on-Demand.
If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to initiate a replacement with our third-party vendor. To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include a photo of the item showing the issue.

Provide your order number for reference.
Once verified, we will begin the process of a replacement order.

2.2. Adult Incontinence Products.
If you were sent the wrong adult incontinence item, please contact us for further instruction.

3. Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit and the tracking does not show delivery, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Please contact us if you believe your package is lost.
